Therefore, the company has the authority to monitor and access all messages on the email and text messaging placement.Assuming of privacy in anything the employee created, received, sent or stored on the companys email system are not allowed because all their messages maybe seen without any prior notice. Accepting personal emails can be made but the messages should be saved in a separate folder. Breaching and failing to comply with the policy have sanctions to be applied on the employee.
